A Prayer Without Words

What do you say when there is nothing to say? What good are your words when they cannot change the outcome?

You say what is in your heart. My heart aches for all of you suffering today. In Boston. In Newtown. In New York City. And on, and on, and on. My heart aches for you who will suffer for years and perhaps decades to come. My heart aches and breaks and nothing can fix it but to say that you are loved. I love you because you are a part of me.

  1. Sue, I know you must be feeling some kind of pain that hits very close to home for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours and all those who have been affected by these horrific events. I am thinking of you my dear friend.

  2. That my friend is what you say. As you, I am saddened and hurting for all those hurting by events outside of their control. By those who I am certain feel betrayed. What you have said, is what can be said; that we will stand beside them and with them.

Don't be shy; Leave a Reply! Be kind, though. We're all friends here. Thank you!
